Our Roots Run Deep is the motto of Fazeli’ Cellars where its acclaimed wine offerings celebrate rich ancient Persian traditions.

The wines reflect his discriminating palate.  Because all extraordinary wines start in the vineyard, Fazeli vineyards are tenderly and lovingly cared for.  Fazeli wines are produced from 45 estate vineyard acres and select local growers.  The red wines are aged to perfection in French, Hungarian and American barrels before being bottled. The 10-12,000 cases of annual production are released to consistent demand.  Careful consideration was also made when it came to selecting the unique names of the wines – each of which have bears a meaningful connection to Fazeli’s Persian heritage.

Fazeli Cellars’ popular Seasons Collection celebrates Narooz, named after the spring equinox that coincides with the start of the Persian New Year.  The varietals – Viogner and Muscat Canelli are refreshing white wines with floral aromas; Embrace the Chaos is a collection of wines that includes Pandemonium –a rich blend of five difference varietal – and Mayhem, a savory blend of Cinsault and Mourvedre; For wine that’s sheer poetry, The Heritage Collection pays homage to four noble Persian poets.  Among the most popular of the Fazelli wines, the collection consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc,  Petite Syrah and Shiraz.

Visitors can experience wine tasting at the De Portola Trail winery or at Fazeli Cellars’ lavish tasting room located in historic Old Town Temecula.
