Terms & Conditions

All members have access to the Ruby Lounge on Saturdays & Sundays.

*Subject to Availability

Wine club shipments are available for pick up or can be

conveniently delivered to you (adult signature required).

*Shipments that are not picked up within 45 days cannot be

guaranteed the vintage and/or varietal originally billed.

By becoming a member, I authorize Fazeli Cellars to automatically bill

my credit card for shipments, including any applicable tax and shipping

fees.

All Fazeli Cellars Wine Club Members must be 21 years of age or older,

and the person whom your wines will be delivered must also be 21 years

of age or older.

You are committing to receive a minimum of two shipments after your

initial purchase. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to cancel your

membership before the 2 shipment requirement. *All cancellations must

be in writing, 30 days prior to the next shipment billing date.

Fazeli Cellars reserves the right to change wine club charges, member

privileges, event dates, or special shipping arrangements at any time

and without notification.
