Wine Tasting
The wine tasting experience at Fazeli Cellars is an adventure for the senses – from the smell and taste of the wines to the extravagant look and feel of Fazeli’s airy and contemporary tasting Room.
Wine associates help visitors sip their way through their selection of Fazeli Cellars wines – as guests savor both the wines and the unparalleled surroundings of the Temecula Valley through giant glass windows.

Quality wine begins with top quality fruit. The Behind the Vines tour guides visitors through Fazeli’s vineyards to unveil how the winery joins with Mother Nature to produce the best grapes possible.
The focus on quality continues in the Fazeli cellar where the desired outcome is achieved by our winemaker and team as they carefully process the wines – and work to ensure the juice will reach its full potential with minimal intervention.
Visitors will discover Fazeli Cellars’ full lab, refrigerated stainless tanks, oak barrels, and state of the art winemaking equipment – and the final stop is the Tasting room that brings it all together with a unique, one of a kind wine tasting experience.

The art of making a superior wine is revealed in Behind the Vines, a tour through Fazeli Cellars vineyards and winery that gives visitors the rare opportunity to experience first-hand the processes involved in producing Fazeli’s award-winning wines.

Group, Limo, Bus Policies
We are happy to host large groups, buses and limousine companies. We just ask that our policy is followed to guarantee a pleasant experience for all our guests:
Reservations must be made a day prior to arrival and we ask that you arrive between 11am-3pm. Please note that Friday, Saturday and Sunday reservations fill up quickly so plan accordingly. Any variance in your arrival time may result in a cancellation of your reservation without notice. Limos and buses will not be permitted after 3pm. All groups over 10 require a 50% non-refundable deposit that will apply towards your visit.
We try our best to accommodate all of our large groups so we ask that you arrive withing 15 minutes of your reservation. This ensures that the experience of all our guests is enjoyable and smooth running. Drivers may drop-off and pick-up guests in the drive in front of our grand staircase.
Transportation companies must have a current and valid Transportation Charter Party Carrier of Passengers (TCP) license number and Responsible Partner Program with the Temecula Wine Growers Association to drive on our property so as to ensure the safety of our guests.
Intoxicated Guests and/or guests with outside alcohol will not be admitted
